CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – 8th August 2021

Wales has moved into Level 0.

The rules in Wales do however remain different to those in England.
Please see the details below, especially about the wearing of masks when out and about.

Self-isolate and get a test if you or anyone in your household has symptoms.

Recent and upcoming changes

From Saturday 7 August

Complete the move to alert level 0:
• remove legal restrictions on the number of people who can meet indoors, including in private homes, public places or at events
• all businesses and premises can open, including nightclubs
• people should still work from home wherever possible
• face coverings will remain a legal requirement indoors, with the exception of hospitality premises. This will be kept under review.
• fully vaccinated adults, under 18s and vaccine trial participants will not need to self-isolate if they are a close contact of someone with coronavirus.
• Everyone must continue to self-isolate for 10 days if they test positive for COVID-19. If you are a close contact of someone who has tested positive and you are aged 18 or over and not fully vaccinated, you must also self-isolate for 10 days.
• Adults and children over 12 must continue to wear face-coverings in indoor public places, with the exception of hospitality settings such as restaurants, pubs, cafes or nightclubs.

Although there is no legal requirement for us to continue with contact tracing we request that you continue to fill in the forms either at reception or on the website for the time being. It is most important to do this if you have people unknown to us staying in your caravan or people visiting you.

We have a few vulnerable people on the Parks along with a lot of people who remain concerned about the virus. Please remember this and stay a safe distance away.

If you have any questions about the current regulations please call in to reception.

We thank you in advance for your support.
