Coronavirus update 9th April 2020

Corona Virus Park Update.  9th April 2020

To all our caravan owners,

We hope you are all keeping safe during these strange and frightening times.

With Easter approaching and the weather being fine we are sure your thoughts will turn to visiting your caravans.  Please do not make the non-essential trip to our holiday parks, both parks are CLOSED and we will have to turn you away. We know that this situation is very frustrating  but we must abide by government guidelines.

Whilst we are well aware that there are many bigger problems in the world right now, we know that your holiday home at either of our Parks  is important to you.

We are just a short time into this crisis and no-one can say how long the lockdown will last, but please trust that, as always, we are here to help you as much as we can.

You’ll no doubt be reassured that even whilst the government has instructed you to stay at home, and not travel to the park, we continue to look after your holiday home, your pitch, and the park in general to the best of our ability.

We want to make sure (as much as is possible) that as soon as the government permits you to travel to your holiday home, the park will be ready for you to once again enjoy.

To this end  both Irene and Phil have remained on park to keep an eye on things and are being extra vigilant at this time. We are also doing daily rounds to check the park and your holiday home throughout this period.

Although Danny and Steve are both off work , Mark, Guy and Phil are keeping on top of grass cutting, weeding and general maintenance. If you have specific concerns about your own holiday home at this time please email us HERE.

We hope that you’re staying safe and keeping well at this time. If you have any questions about this message, or we can help in any way during this crisis please do not hesitate to contact us HERE as the office is no longer manned due to the self-isolation guidance issued by the government. In an emergency you can also contact us on:

Guy:  07974 350 329

Mark: 07974 350 328

In the meantime please all keep safe and rest assured that we will reopen as soon as possible.

We look forward to welcoming you back at Tan Y Don and Silver Birch Caravan Parks.

Stay safe,

The Bancroft Family
